The Viking series of radiographic projector is setting new standards in flexibility in gamma radiography. The Patented shape of the Viking projectors ensure the Viking projectors are some of the smallest radiographic cameras available in the world.
Using only stainless steel and Tungsten the Viking projectors have exceedingly high reliability - to date no component has ever been changed on a Viking projector due to wear and tear. As a result of this we are happy to service the Viking projectors free of charge each year. As there is no Depleted Uranium there is also no Euratom (Safeguards) reporting for the radiography projectors.
As the Viking projectors don't use Depleted Uranium it is possibility to scale the projectors to varying sizes and shapes. Through this we have achieved a choice of many weights of projectors that will best suit the mass-attenuation balance. This allows us to offer an almost bespoke design to each customer without the costly design phase and long delivery time.
There are 5 varieties of Viking projector on the market today available within days of placing an order. There are two containers aimed at Se75 and Yb169 - the Viking I and Viking II. There are three projectors for varying sizes of Ir192 also which allow you to select the projector that is most appropriate for the activity of source you use.
As there is no Euratom (Safeguards) reporting we operate a Quick Changeout policy. When you need a new source we will send it out in a new Viking projector that has been fully service free of charge. More than that for true flexibility you can change the size of your Viking projector to suit your new source.
