Collectively we have over 90 years of experience in the industry. Building on this we have a team of highly qualified engineering & technicial staff and our own “in house” design and fabrication facility.
As a “free house” we have excellent relationships with several source suppliers to ensure that you never experience an interruption to your supply.
We offer a range of products and services aimed at enabling you to meet your obligations, from sources, projectors and radiography equipment to radiation monitoring equipment, sineage, training and design.
In addition to our products and services we can help you achieve compliance with free and impartial advice based on our knowledge of the regulations and our experience of industry best practice and by placing at your disposal our database on which we record all movements of sources and equipment between us and every service or calibration that we carry our for you. Free of charge and at any time we can produce for you any of the following reports:
- Sources supplied to you detailing activity levels when supplied to you as well as today´s activity
- Transport container and projector movements between us and you
- Equipment service dates

Working with ionising radiations means that high standards of safety and reporting must be upheld. These standards are set and compliance with them assessed by several regulatory bodies

To help comply with the Ionising Radiation Regulations which require all equipment to be regularly serviced , we can produce an annual report of all equipment serviced or calibrated by Gilligan Engineering showing when the next service or calibration is due.
